JAMES Franco has upped the ante on his new bald look, adorning the back of his head with an enormous tattoo.
The temporary ink is a portrait of actors Montogomery Clift and Elizabeth Taylor from the 1951 film A Place In The Sun.
The actor unveiled his startling look, along with a bulked-up frame, while in Venice to promote his current film The Sound And the Fury.

The 36-year-old actor first took to Instagram on Wednesday night to show off his new ‘do, the New York Post reports. Franco ditched the look he’s been sporting since his days on Freaks and Geeks (which made its television debut in 1999) and uploaded a series of images of his hairless head.
“Get ready for ZEROVILLE,” he captioned the snapshot.

Franco bought the film rights to Zeroville back in 2011. The story — about an architecture student who goes to Hollywood and becomes obsessed with film — is written by Steve Erickson and is currently in production, but has yet to get a release date.
Another image shows Franco getting touched up by a stylist. “Bald as a mutha!” he wrote.
